Embodied Arcana-stellations

Neither a Tarot reading nor Astrology but a somatic dive into you through the lense of Constellations, Tarot’s archetypes and guided somatic experiencing.

It’s more than a method, it’s an organic synthesis guided by intuition, unique every time to treat trauma and process unfelt emotions.

Traditionally, each of these methods stand on their own, whether constellation work with a group of people, a tarot reading open to the intuitive interpretation of the guide, or somatic practices to ground oneself in the body. Each has its advantage. Each has a point of intersection, where it supports the other in an Embodied Arcana-stellation.

Each tradition alone holds part of the picture. Together, they hold more.

The Exploration

Family/Systemic Constellations

Constellations serve as the tool through which we explore and unpack the issue, for it provides a way to represent the various aspects of your issue, whether an illness, desire, family member or some aspect of yourself. You don’t have to hold all these parts inside yourself. Each gets a place and a voice as they make up your internal constellation. Through dialogue, we give each part a chance to speak, to be seen, recognized, and heard.

The Medium

Tarot’s Major Arcana

Where constellations have been traditionally done with groups of people, with an individual representing each aspect, here we use Tarot’s 22 Major Arcana as the representatives, so this work can be done 1-on-1. The beauty of the Major Arcana is how each card represents an archetype, from the Fool to the World – a complete progression of a cycle. These cards give an added perspective on the issue they represent.

The Integration

Embodied Presence

Where the first two discover and give information about the dynamic, eventually something tender is touched, something that’s been lying dormant that hasn’t had a chance to be met and felt fully. This is where the practice of confronting the emotion, and making space for it to be integrated comes in. This is where this work diverges from traditional constellations, which can easily by-pass the integration by giving it away without truly owning and honoring the burden. Here we process it with the best tool for that – your body. I hold space, and guide you through your body’s innate intelligence to digest what’s been weighing you down.

Every session is different. There is no protocol, no standard sequence. What guides the work is what is present.

01

A conversation first

We begin with a short introductory call — not an assessment, but a sensing. Whether this work and this practitioner feel right for you. What you are carrying and what is asking to move. No obligation, no agenda. Just a meeting.
02

The session itself

Sessions are usually around 90 minutes depending on the depth. We begin in conversation acquainting and clarifying your intention along with the issue and the facts surrounding it. What follows is a guided meditation to connect with the constellation field, and an image the resolution. If constellation work wants to happen, it happens. The somatic and archetypal layers weave through throughout. You do not need to know what you are looking for. The field has a way of finding what needs to be found.
03

What comes after

Resolutions aren’t guaranteed yet a wider perspective is. It all depends on how open you are to see and accept the hidden dynamics and what is ready to uncovered. Integration takes time. What shifts in a session may continue to unfold in the days and weeks that follow, sometimes gently, sometimes significantly. What lands is yours. Nothing is rushed toward resolution.

This work tends to find the people who have already done significant inner work and sense that something deeper is still waiting.

Therapy, yoga, plant medicine, meditation — you have moved through some or all of these. Each offered something real. And yet there is a layer that has not shifted. A pattern that keeps returning. Something that the analytical approaches could describe but not dissolve.

This work asks more of the participant than most approaches and it spans much broader than the psychological, into the ancestral realm. It is not a passive experience. If you do not recognise yourself in what is described here, this is probably not the right work for you. If you do, it may be exactly what you have been looking for.

Investment

A sliding scale — offered in recognition that access to depth work should not be determined by circumstance alone.
